Description
On 10.10.2020, the first single malt was distilled at 3,303 m above sea level. This distillate was bottled directly at 53.1% vol. Virgin has never seen a cask. The Americans call the single malt “Moonshine”, the Scots “New Make” and we call it “NOUV COUR”, Romansh for “new heart”. It stands for the heart of the distillation process.
