There are experiences that stay with you. The warm, resinous scent of an Engadine Swiss stone pine room is one of them. An aroma that is inextricably linked to the feeling of home, mountains and freedom. This moment is captured in our Engadine Gin.

At 3,303 metres above sea level, where the air is clearer and the sky seems closer, this gin is produced using the pot still method. The extreme altitude lowers the boiling point by around 10°C and lends the distillation a particular precision: the aromas emerge more delicately, more purely and with an unmistakably alpine character. The gin is then left to rest in fragrant Swiss stone pine – a quiet dialogue between the distillate and the mountain forest that shapes its characteristic elegance.

Our first batch sold out within days, even before we had a chance to officially announce it. We are now proud to present Batch No. 2: a limited edition of 333 bottles, each containing 70 cl, 44 % ABV.
