We are regularly asked about the course of maturation in the barrel. How does the colour change, how does the smell and taste and the volume percentage. This inspired us to create a special vintage bottling.
For the limited vintage bottling of 88 bottles of 50cl each with current cask strength, we take the required 44 litres from the same CASK once a year. With the 300 litre cask used, 6 vintages are thus created and the tasting of the maturation nuances from year to year can be fathomed from home and the development can be experienced with pleasure. This is how we taste the influence of time and make it visible.
