The 100th anniversary of the Lia Rumantscha motivated us to create a whisky for Rumantschia. The single malts were able to mature in oak barrels from the Bündner Herrschaft in the five Romansh regions.
The “Sutsilvana” edition matured with the renowned celebrity chef Andreas Caminada at Schloss Schauenstein in Fürstenau.
Each limited to 100 bottles. Each of these five regions received our philosophy written on the bottle in its own idiom. These unique editions are very popular and we thank you for all the great feedback.
Part of the proceeds will go to two projects:
One part will go to the Lia Rumantscha for the digitisation of Romansh children’s stories and one part will go to the Romansh Literature Conference for the introduction and training of Romansh poetry slam.
